Former early 20th-century farmhouse in Aldea del Obispo, Salamanca, just a few kilometers from the Portuguese border—perfect for rural tourism in a privileged natural setting. Fully renovated, it preserves the charm of traditional local farmhouses while offering all modern comforts. Set on a fenced 1,000 m² plot, the house offers nearly 250 m² across two floors: six bedrooms (four en suite), one double bedroom, and a bathroom adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Heating and hot water are provided by an oil boiler. Common areas include a spacious living-dining room and a large open-plan kitchen, fully equipped for up to twelve guests, as well as a dedicated workspace for remote work. Outside, you’ll find a covered porch, private pool (open from June 15 to September 15), barbecue area, and on-site parking. Pets: please consult the host regarding possible admission in advance. Automatic admission is not available. The natural surroundings of Aldea del Obispo are ideal for hiking and cycling, with the Border Fortifications Route—defenses dating from the pre-Roman era to the 18th century—less than 30 km away, and the GR80 trail passing through the village itself. The gently rolling landscape of the Salamanca region offers many marked trails. Less than 50 meters away, there is a free pickleball court with net, paddles, and balls provided.
